Which return terms apply?
Each seller sets how many days you have to return an item after delivery, and the product page shows it. If an offer has its own terms, those apply instead. Your order shows the last day you can return each item.
Can I request a return or refund?
Yes. Go to Your orders, find the order and choose Return items. Pick the items, tell us why you're returning them and send the return. The seller arranges collection, and your refund goes to your original payment method once they have received and checked the items. You can follow every return in the Returns tab of Your orders.
